Unable to load client print control in IMO website

IMO Printing Error - Unable to load client Print control

Unable to load client print control” when clicking the print button on IMO Website.

 

Solution :

• Meathod 1

IMO Reporting services is associated to the ActiveX printing control 

Install following windows update to fix unable to load client print control issue

Meathod 2

you can uninstall these following two updates from add/remove program

1. KB956803 
2. KB956391

 

 Meathod 3

• you can just delete the registry entry causing the problem
• Copy the red text below into a file with a REG file extension and double-click it
